Install
Download the zip from My account, upload it under Plugins in WordPress and activate it.
Choose your rules
Turn on fulfilment times and declining orders, and set how long customers wait before you answer by email instead.
Keep the live view open
Open Live Orders on a tablet or the kitchen computer. New orders pop up with a sound.
Questions
What if I decline an order that is already paid?
The order is cancelled and the customer gets an email. If the payment was taken at checkout, refund it in WooCommerce or with your payment provider as usual.
Do all orders need confirming?
Only orders that need processing. Orders with nothing but virtual, downloadable products skip it, since there is nothing to prepare.
Is there a bundle with Food Online?
Yes. The Food Online + Live Order Confirmation bundle costs less than buying both separately.
What does the licence include?
The plugin is yours to keep. The licence gives you a year of updates and support and renews yearly. If you stop renewing, the plugin keeps working, you just stop getting new updates and support. Pick the number of sites that fits you.
